Fun in Our Own Backyard

Today we just stayed home and played in the backyard. We had a fun time in the sun. It has been rainy the past few days and only in the upper 70's. Today was about 89 degrees. Perfect for playing outside. We even ate lunch outside...

Kate decided today that it was fun to go down the water slide. She went over and over again.

Luke jumped out of the swing.

He was trying to jump onto the water slide but never quite got there. Rachel was scared she would break her arm if she tried because that is what I told Luke repeatedly before I went to get pictures of the whole thing.

The kids were having so much fun on the slide I decided to try it too.

We took a break in the hot tub. The water was like bath water.

Rachel and Luke played with the hose for a while.

Which turned into a fight over the hose. SURPRISE

He who cries loudest wins!!

That was our fun relaxing day!
